Toronto police say that one man is in custody following reviews that a person was seen wielding an axe whereas within the space of Toronto Metropolitan College.
TMU issued an alert shortly after midday on Monday that an individual with an axe was allegedly seen at Victoria Avenue and Gould Avenue, and strolling north towards Gerrard.
